Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-II (Wireless Telegraphy) : 198 Posts UR-110, OBC-47,
SC-30, ST-11Educational Qualification :
Matriculation in Physics and Mathematics with two years Industrial Training Institute pass certificate in any of the following trades:-
i)Electronic Mechanic ii)Information Technology and Electronic System maintenance
iii)Electrician iv)Mechanic Computer Hardware v)Mechanic (Radio & TV)
vi)Mechanic cum operator of Electronic Communication system.
Junior intelligence Officer Payment Scale :
Rs.5,200-20,000 Grade Pay Rs.2400 + allowance as per Central Govt. rates
JIO Applicant Age Limit: Between 18 to 27 years as on closing date of application for all post. Upper age limit is relaxable by five years for SC/ST and by three years for OBC candidates.
For JIO-II/WT, the Applicant upper age limit is relaxable for Departmental candidates up to 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.
The candidate has to fill in one of the Examination Centres out of 33 centres given in the table A above for the written examination in the application form for post of PA, JIO-II/WT and JIO-II/EDP.
